The Ramsey Homeschool subscription is designed to offer ongoing access to courses and auto-renewals based on your subscription period. You can turn the auto-renewal on or off at any time.
To mange your auto-renewal settings
Go to your Ramsey Account - Subscription management page (https://account.ramseysolutions.com/subscriptions).
- Find your Ramsey Homeschool membership
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- Switch the "Auto Renew" setting to On or Off
Turning the Auto-Renew setting to Off - You will continue to have access to all of your Ramsey Homeschool curriculum content until the end of your current term as determined by the date on your Subscriptions page.
Turning the Auto-Renew setting to On - At the end of your current subscription period the system will bill the card on file and charge you for another subscription period, according to your plan.
If you cancel your subscription the day of or after your renewal charge was scheduled, it is likely that you have instead canceled the next term's renewal and have already been charged. If you have already been charged for your renewal and would like to request a refund, please reference this article.
