Unfortunately, once a student profile is created it cannot be edited or deleted. If you accidentally created a duplicate profile, you will just have to ignore that. Your student will have to go into the profile that has the course activated on it.
To change the name on your Ramsey account, which is what appears on your parent profile, you can follow these steps.
- Go directly to this page: https://account.ramseysolutions.com/account/profile
- Login if prompted
- Enter the corrected First Name and Last Name
- Other fields are optional - feel free to leave those blank.
- Click Save Changes.
- Return to www.ramseyhomeschool.com.
NOTE: The browser may be holding onto the old name for 24 hours. You may need to refresh/reload the page or sign out and back again for the change to reflect on the Select a Profile page.
