We get it. Sometimes things don't work out. If you have purchased access to one of our Foundations Homeschool courses and would like a refund, please follow the instructions below.
I purchased a physical homeschool product.
- In accordance with our Ramsey Solutions return policy if you have a physical product, you can return it in unused, new condition up to 90 days after purchase for a full refund. See: How do I return an item?
I purchased a fully digital product and have a voucher.
- If the voucher has not been used to activate the course, we will allow for a refund up to 90 days after purchase.
- If the voucher has been used within 90 days after purchase, you have 7 days after activation to request a cancellation and refund.

If you have a subscription on auto-renewal, but meant to cancel.
- If you were recently charged for an auto-renewal for one of our Foundations Homeschool subscriptions but intended to cancel, please click here to request your refund via email. As long as your charge was within the last 30 days, a refund will be issued, no questions asked! If your charge was more than 30 days ago, please let us know why you are requesting a refund.
- Make sure to provide the email address associated with your Ramsey Homeschool account so that we can issue the refund as quickly as possible.
